It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Dwayne Wayne Howell, on September 29, 2021, at the age of 18. Dwayne was born on June 16, 2003 to parents Delroy Howell, Marva Senior. Dwayne was the light of our lives. We will miss you more then you will ever know. We love you, now and forever.
He is survived by his siblings Simaro Noble, Leroy Howell, Delroy Howell (Brother), Denesha Howell, Desreen Howell, Daniel Howell, his cousins Rennay Francis, Renia Newbugur, Raiden Howell, Krystal Francis, his nephew and nieces Zayvion Noble, Jahkone Noble, Jhaia Noble, Caden Noble, Lashaya Howell, Lyric Howell, King Howell, Elijah Dwayne Howell, Taila Howell, Isaiah Howell, Jonah Howell and his close relatives Pauline Howell (Aunt and Godmother) , Marjorie Freeman, Genifer Francis , Marie Carol Belize, Junie Davidson (Godmother) and All the relatives that are out of the province of Quebec and outside the country.
Dwayne Wayne Howell, he was not made for this earth yet his spirit will always be with us. He was the most beautiful of souls, enduring so much, so innocently.
The family of Dwayne Wayne Howell would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation for the many expressions of love, words of comfort, prayers, kindness and sympathy shown to them during this time of bereavement whatever you did to console and nourish our heart, we thank you exceedingly from the bottom of our heart.

Tonight was heart wrenching, from seeing Dwayne laying so peacefully to the loving service afterwards. Tonight's turnout proves how much he was loved and so many more wanted to come but can only be there in spirit. My son said tonight was the saddest of his life.
Dwayne, I remember picking you up from Good Shepherd on days that were a little rough or you got into a fight, and I thought to myself this boy is so gentle and sweet so something must be wrong with 'them'. Sometimes this world is too hard for angels and God calls upon them to come home.
Marva and Delroy, I wish you both great courage, love and strength moving forward. No parent should experience such sorrow.
R.I.P. dearest Dwayne and know that your short time here will never be forgotten; your family and friends were so proud of you.

Dwayne, I’ve had the privilege to be your aunt and godmother. You were so quiet. Yet so full of life, you were an angel, you arrived to save us all from making horrible and life changing experiences. I saw you through so much, I was ready to start again 3 days with you and i knew what you. I am sorry I didn’t move faster, please rest well our angel. The pain is real, Raiden calls for you when he is asleep. It breaks my heart, but we need to move on, ut until I get to the bottom of this i am sorry my soul will never be at peace.
I loved you then and i love you now, all i need is answers to get through this. I was told to let you go, but until I see fit I-will hold on to you and the memories we share. Closure will come when the investigators grow a pair and have a discussion with us-
