MURPHY, Gerald D.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, Gerald Murphy, on April 27th, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital.
Gerald was born in Montreal, the son of Thomas Murphy and Eileen Murphy (née Kane). Gerald will be remembered for his dedication to family and his great sense of hospitality. Predeceased by his most beloved wife Nancy Murphy (née Brehaut).
He is survived by his brother Charles (Dorothy), by his sister-in-law Peggy Secco, and by his loving children Michael (Theresa), Danny (Jamie Lee), Wendy (David), Kathy (Bob), Colleen (Pierre) and by his wonderful grandchildren Samara, Lauvia, Vanessa, Jaclyn, Thomas, Matthew & Alexandre as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Much gratitude to the staff at St. Mary’s Hospital for their support and care.
We give thanks to Jesus our God for blessing us all with Gerald, the loving husband and caring father. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday August 8th 2020 at 11 am at Holy Name of Jesus Parish located at 899 Chomedey Blvd in Laval.
