Le 9 décembre 2020, à l’âge de 72 ans, est décédée Angeline Wong Kee Song (née Yeu Pik Sang), épouse bien-aimée de Philippe Wong Kee Song.
Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux Philippe, ses enfants Louis (Stéphanie), Claudie (Jamie), Fernand (Wai-Wen), ses sept petits-enfants Jeremy, Michael, Tai, Emma, Daniel, Sophia et Benjamin ainsi que de nombreux parents et ami(e)s.
En raison des circonstances actuelles, les funérailles se tiendront en privé (sur invitation seulement) au salon de la
Coopérative Funéraire du Grand Montréal

le lundi 21 décembre de 14h00 à 17h00. Une cérémonie virtuelle aura lieu à la Chapelle du salon à partir de 16h00.

On December 9, 2020 at the age of 72 years, Angeline, the beloved wife of Philippe Wong Kee Song peacefully passed away in his arms.
She leaves in mourning her husband Philippe, her children Louis (Stéphanie), Claudie (Jamie), Fernand (Wai-Wen), her seven grand-children Jeremy, Michael, Tai, Emma, Daniel, Sophia and Benjamin as well as many parents and friends. In view of current circumstances, her funeral service will be held privately (on invitation only) at the funeral home of the
Coopérative Funéraire du Grand Montréal
635, boul. Curé Poirier Ouest
Longueuil, QC, J4J 2H8
on Monday 21 December from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. A virtual ceremony will be held in the Chapel as of 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Charles-Lemoyne Hospital Foundation will be much appreciated.

So sorry to hear about Line’s passing. Line is in a better place and is in the presence of our Father and Jesus and feeling no pain and suffering… Line was a special, gifted, loving, kind and selfless, always caring for other people. I have fond memories of her that I will cherish.

Nous partageons votre grande peine durant cette période si douloureuse… Vous avez TOUT fait pour votre chérie de toujours. Je garde dans ma mémoire le visage et l'attitude de votre épouse, une personne d'une distinction suprême. S'il vous plaît, transmettez à vos chers enfants nos sentiments.
Nous vivons notre condition humaine ensemble pour pouvoir mieux accepter ce que la vie nous impose de difficile. Et nous le savons: il n'y a vraiment que l'amour qui vaille la peine.

Auntie Line was more like a sister than an Auntie, due to our closeness in age. We shared clothes & shoes. She was my confidante, friend & life coach. Her love, support & counsel got me through the most testing time of my teens.
When I used to come stay at Popo & Kung Kung's shop in Rue Magon, she always recited the rosary with me before we went to sleep. She wanted to be a Loreto nun then. But her heavenly father had other plans for her. She was to become your loving wife, a wonderful mother to Loulou, Claudie & Fernand, & a beloved grandmother. I was her 'chaperone' during the time you two were courting & honoured to have been her bridesmaid.
The last time I saw her was in 1976, when you took this photo in my room at Loughborough University. She's gone to glory but leaves an abiding sweet memory in all the lives she touched.
My heart goes out to all of you at this sad time, but I also rejoice with you all for her life.

I was really sad to hear about tantine ah siew's passing away.
I have a lot of fond memories of her from my very childhood. Tantine Ah Siew was always very generous and caring towards all of us. I will always remember the many excursions we had together in Yee Chong's van and the parties at your place in Quatre Bornes. She will always remain in our thoughts and prayers. I also wish you and the family "bon courage". You all have done a lot for her but her time has come. I am sure she is resting in peace now and looking after all of us.

Line has been in my daily prayers. I remember when we were at a retreat Montreal-Toronto group near Sherbrooke on the lake, she shared that she enjoyed her prayer time. How blessed she was by God, being well taken care of in her last years. We will remember her strong faith, her gentle spirit, her nice smile and generosity.
May you remember the good times you had all these years. May God be your rock, for you and the family, in the days to come.

Aunt Ah-Siew was there for me after the death of my mom. She instilled her moral values on us. I will never forget how she cared about having a good education and tutoring all the cousins at her house in Quatre-Bornes. She was a great teacher, loving and very caring.
